We collect your phone number, email address, and business details you provide during signup and onboarding. If you connect Gmail (an app password) or a crypto exchange (API keys), those credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to check for payment confirmations — never for reading, sending, or storing your other emails or exchange activity.
Your data is used to run your merchant dashboard, generate payment links and QR codes, verify incoming payments against your orders, and communicate with you about your account (such as OTP codes and account activity). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Gmail app passwords and exchange API keys are stored encrypted, and are only used server-side to check whether a specific payment arrived — matching a specific expected amount against your inbox or deposit history. Nothing broader than that is ever accessed or retained.
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and record-keeping purposes. You can request account deletion through support.
Sensitive credentials (Gmail app passwords, exchange API secrets) are encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to your account requires your password or a verified Google sign-in, plus, for sensitive changes, a one-time email verification code.
You can update or remove your Gmail and exchange credentials at any time from Settings. Removing a credential immediately stops ZnMnsooePay from using it.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
